[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

- The game freezes in loading a map in multiplayer and during a gameplay.

- I didn't do anything special.

- Xbox 360 250GB

- Assault but it doesn't seem to change anything if you play other classes

- When asked at the beginning I installed the game on HD (2gb if I well remember). Single player campain works. The freeze is ripetitive (and I simply can't play) so I think it's not very hard to debug, so EA come on!!!
