[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

What the f... I am started the campaign for the second time and my savegame lost Again. When i choose Campaign at the menu the game always ask me what difficulty want to start. No resume option. I am done with the campaign nearly got all weapons and now i need to restart for the third time. 😠 do something. And of course i can't finish a 30 min, round at multiplayer because freeze the f... out. Haines resort keeps freezing. Server browser or map rotation never mind. If i try to join as commander freeze in Haines resort. Give us a patch or something. I am really nervous because i cannot play the game... Singleplayer and multiplayer both frustrating.
