[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? Loading map Hainan Resort map for a Rush game.
  2. Where is it freezing? Xbox froze during the loading screen.
  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have ? I have a first generation Xbox, but upgraded 250GB hard drive.
  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze? I was not playing a class, but my default is Assault.
  5. Do you have any additional information for us? I have cleared all of my cache data and redownloaded the updates as suggested.
