[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

I've never encountered a game with so many development flaws. Well in any case, my game froze because I changed the field upgrade of the support class to perimeter defense.

Game stopped freezing once I changed it back to regular defense. Fix the game. Hope CoD doesn't get good this year. My 1st bf experience is terrible because I couldn't play it without it freezing because I couldn't figure this out for the longest.

I play on ps3.

Please put the patch details for the future on the battlelog app.
