[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just join server, in the middle of the match)- Campaign finished mission and it froze then reset my whole campaign and PS3 crashed this has happened at least 3 times 
  2. Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy) froze after mission it was black loading screen
  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation) PS3 Slim 500gb hdd
  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze- you dont get a class on campaign only weapons pistol- rex, primary- Scar
  5. Do you have any additional information for us? This is very aggravating for a hot hit like this that I preordered since the day I was able to at Gamestop. I was going to buy premium but now due to this issue I am not spending any more money.
