[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

This game sucks. Thank god call of duty comes out in less than a week. I was excited for BF4. I've owned everyone from the beginning on PC to BF4. I can't play this one. Either I can't get into a game bc it locks up on the load or I will play for about 30 min and it will freeze. If I do get through a whole game, when I come back I find that I didn't get credit for the xp I've earned. Between the game and premium I'm out $110. But wtf do you care you already have our money.
