[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just joined server, in the middle of the match): Haven't actually played for more than 5 seconds yet in multiplayer.
  2. Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy): Since I bought the game it has given me an unreadable disc error before the title screen loaded, just after the title screen loaded, when selecting a multiplayer match, and just after a multiplayer match loaded (in pretty much all modes).  Haven't actually played yet. It has also frozen (without a disc read error) once while on the loading screen for a multiplayer match. 
  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation): 1st generation 360.
  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze: Haven't gotten that far yet.
  5. Do you have any additional information for us?: The only other games this has ever happened with are all EA games.  It happened with BF3, but only occassionally.  It also happened with aTiger Woods game.  I have tested several other games and the xbox reads them just fine (and they aren't even fresh out of the package).  I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the updates. Please help me get this working, I'm really bummed to have a new game I can't play.
