[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. Joining a new game after finishing one.
  2. Map Loading screen
  3. xbox 360 1st gen arcade
  4. assault class previously... froze before class pick was available
  5. Happens more often the longer the xbox is on.... always happens on hainan resort 100% of the time
  6. Happened Again mid game on dawnbreaker ... was in the kill cam watching enemy plant the bomb and crash
