[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. Toward the end in a massive firefight with explosions all around. 
  2. Reloading while a frag blows up nearby. 
  3. Xbox360 (Black super shiny one- I think Slim)
  4. Support
  5. My neighbor also froze in Assult class. It is always on different maps.

    I have frozen on every single map now in every single class using every single specilization. Sometimes loading, and others like above.
