[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just joined server, in the middle of the match)
    - loading new online match.
    - happens both on joining a new online match for the 1st time as in loading a new match after the after action report
    - np pattern yet, can play 3 to 4 times ina  row and then freeze or it happens upon loading for the 1st time

  2. Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy)
    - in loading the new game, the white cursors blinks (top right) and then system hangs. Before the waiting/staging deployment on the map
    - hard reboot of xbox is only resolution, controller does not react either anymore

  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation)
    Slim

  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze
    - support class and or assault

  5. Do you have any additional information for us?
    -     no - hope you guys can fix it quickly
