[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

No no no. Its not solved.
I play one game then its stuck loading the next map (PS3). Even if I pick a new server it just doesn't load so I have to quit via xmb. So!! One game then quit game, reload bf4, play one game, quit game, so on and so on.
Not impressed at all. Do I have any good words? Nope.
