[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

Hi.
I put in my Battlefield 4 copy for the first time on my Xbox 360 with a 250GB internal hard drive, however the mandatory initialisation won't work and continues it take me back to where I accept the install satin repeatedly. Does anyone know whether this issue will be solved, or how it can be? I have plenty of free space on my console. Please help. And am I the only one?
