[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? Just finished my match.
  2. Where is it freezing? Loading the next Map.
  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have Xbox 360 MW3 Edition (Slim)
  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze N/A
  5. Do you have any additional information for us? Almost all times my game freezes, it is loading the map Hainan Resort or Dawnbreaker, sometimes it may freeze on other maps, but 90% of the time it is those two.
