[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just join server, in the middle of the match) - When i try to enter an online match
  2. Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy) - as soon as the maps it's loaded and i choose to enter,then black screen, nothing
  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation) - Slim ps3
  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze Support class
  5. Do you have any additional information for us? I was plating without problems but as soon as i unlocked the field improvement perimeter defense i can not play anymore with that improvement equiped , every time i tried the system hanged. So i can not use 3 claymors i guess
