[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

This is NOT SOLVED as I don't have a PS4!

As requested,

1. Menus: loading quick matches

2. in-game on rush, obliteratoin and conquest. Often, when flying helicopters but also as infantry

3. XBOX 360 SLim 320 GB

4. I usually play engi but may have been assault or recon too

5. I want a real solution to this and the lack of double XP I was sold. This is an unfortunate scenario in which I wish never happened. Seriously frustrating.

The "fix" for xbox 360 did not solve the issue.
