[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  • What were you doing before the game froze? Most of the time it freezes when loading the map Dawnbreaker (either joining a game or switching maps after completing a round), but also occurs sporadically on the other maps. 
  • Where is it freezing? Most of the time the game freezes while loading a map on Conquest, cannot comment on other game modes because I have not put much time into any other type.  This occurs at least twice an hour during a normal 3-4 hour play session, causing me to manually restart the 360.
  • What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have? Xbox 360 Slim
  • What class were you playing at the time the game froze? Freeze occurs between rounds or when trying to join a round.
  • Do you have any additional information for us? Occasionally, my 360 will freeze when jumping out of helicopters when playing as the Engineer.  This has only happened twice on two different maps the first day the game released.  Cleared cache and title update; freezing still occurs.

*What were you doing before the game froze?:  playing in squad deathmatch, constantly freezes whole system when trying to load map Hainan resort  7 out of ten times, and occasionally on dawn breaker.

 

Version: Xbox 360

 

Class: assault.

Aslo campaign unlocks not working, there are so many problems I am going back to BF3, at least I can play for mare than five minutes☹️

its quite unbelieveable to be honest!
