Game crashing but to a black screen, not red...

Windows 7 64 bit

AMD radeon HD 6800

amd 3.4 ghz processor

all the latest drivers are installed

    While mapchanging I also get a Bluescreen with Bad_pool_collar.

    Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit

    Powercolor HD 7950 V2

    AMD_Catalyst_13.11_BetaV1 and AMD_Catalyst_13.11_BetaV6 both not working.
