Had the same problem (Windows 8, AMD, Catalyst Drivers 13.11 etc...)
Here's how I got it to work on my system. At the end of the round I simply ALT-TAB switching to another program (like the battlelog for instance) until the new map starts up. I've had a much better better sucess rate with this method.
Alt-tab switching to another program at the end of the round gives me a blue screen saying BAD_POOL_HEADER. If I stay in game on map change I get red screen and system locks up.

tried wind 7 compatibility, tried run as admin, tried x86, tried reinstalling different drivers (4 different ones), tried disabling origin in-game, tried downclocking GPU/CPU, tried all ingame settings on LOW/OFF, tried re-installing game.
NOTHING WORKS.
Its clearly the game.
