Rollbacks do nothing, still getting the RSOD every map change.

Have tried clean installs of 13.9-13.11b7.
Have tried running in both x32 and x64 with all driver versions.
Have tried running as admin, and running in compatability mode for both x32 and x64.
If I have the game in windowed or alt tabbed mode I get a Windows 8 Bluescreen: BAD_POOL_HEADER
Otherwise on begining to load next map my primary monitor turns red, secondary monitor turns blue. One time the second monitor did not turn blue.
