NOTE: When I check reliability history, there is no BF4.exe crashes. There are only windows unexpected shutdowns and that the event is a blue screen(although a red screen is physically shown on crash)

I hope there is a fix soon as I am unable to play. If this drags on much longer I think there needs to be some kind of reimbursement option. This crap defeated the purpose of preordering/predownloading the game...
