Gamertag Irish 501st for XboxOne - No matter what server I have gotten into since the 2-17-14 My loadouts are gone....there is also a bad lag in Second Assualt maps always and sometimes in China Rising where team mates run in place then move and/or skip forward. This doesn't happen though in BF4 maps. Not sure if this info helps but thought I'd put my info in.

If someone gives you the server id, why do you need direct links to the server?
I too have been having the same issue. When I attempt to create a loadout in the training grounds all my unlockables and progression stats are there. When I join into a Team Deathmatch game, my loadouts revert to lvl 1 settings and all unlockable progress is removed. Below is a video uploaded from the PS4 as to what happens to me when I start.

Im on PS3 in BF4 Domination - Normal 142389, it says it is an official DICE hosted server. But I have the same issue regardless of the server it connects me to. All my weapons are gone and it looks like Im starting from the very beginning. When I go to the scoreboard during the game - there are no Ranks icons next to ppls names, just blank space.

How often: happened to me yesterday
Every single server I joined in BF4 on PS4 whether new Assault maps or basic maps. VERY frustrating.
How do we get direct links to servers on the consoles?
This is happening in both Deathmatch and Domination at least.
It seems to be random when using Quick Match.
It also appears that everyone playing is unranked in the game.
ALL the suggestions by EA support on the sites I see are crap.
Restarting, shutting down, logging out and logging don't work.
They just appear to work because next time you jump in, you are on a different server.
And a few games later you end up on a bad server.
Some times I can play 6 or 8 games in a row just fine.
But this morning I had 6 in a row that were bad.
This has to be a simple fix. Why are wiating so long?

I want to add to the above post, that battlelog shows everything fine.
When there is a problem, it appears the sever has been set to 'unrankded'.
When you go to the load out during a game, you can see your earned gear in light grey.
So it hasn't forgotten your ranking - it has disabled it!

Ok I have recently had a problem when first entering MP. Even though I had seen this problem before and my xbox froze this is slightly different.
1. Load game disc in to xbox 360 slim.
2. Selected multiplayer.
3. Select Quick Match.
4. Selected Conquest.
5. Selected Second Assault (this server selection has only been available recently).
6. Enters game Gulf Of Oman (always seems to start with this map).
7. Complete game round.
8. End of game scores sheet comes up, only there is no showing of awards, achievements, unlocks etc.
9. Game and score is lost and does not show on batttlelog.
10. Quit game after the next map loads and reselect Conquest and Second Assault.
11. Gulf of Oman map reloads, complete round and end game score sheet now shows score, awards, achievements, unlocks etc.
This has occurred several times now and is annoying when I have selected XP bonus as it still takes time off the bonus time.
I have also noticed that in the battlelog the Top Game Modes do not reflect the scores I have i.e.. I have a higher obliteration score(420) than death match (200). Yet it is death match that shows not obliteration as my 3rd top game mode. Conquest and Rush being my top 2 game modes. Along with this my score for Air Superiority doesn't show at all.
I can't give you the servers this occurred on as I am not in the habit of noting the server number every time I log on.
