Missing items/progression/stats:  All my progression within weapons kits and unlocks are missing.

Server:: Servers Hardcore CL 104658 102844, HTD 104466 

Game mode and map-size:  All game modes.

How often does this issue occur:  I have had it happen a few times over the last two weeks, but as of yesterday non of my loadouts have been loading. This is on XB one.
