[INFO REQUEST] server information for the missing statistic issue

I bought battlefield 4 for the ps4 on feb14th and have played it for 3-4 hours since then and my rank has not gone above rank 2. I played a game of rush on locker yesterday and went 55-11 and did not receive xp at all. I have battlefield 3 and 4 for xbox 360 and had no problems with rank. I also keep unlocking the same weapons and accessories every time I play. It just seems like it is not keeping track of anything I do
