Missing items/progression/stats: everything is gone

Server: every server I have tried this issue keeps coming up

Game mode/map size: no matter what game mode or map size, the same issue keeps coming up. My stats are gone, my load outs are gone, and my progression is gone

How often does this issue occur: since last night every time I try to play, the same issue keeps coming up.

This is extremely frustrating and I really wish that this problem gets fixed soon.
