Missing items/progression/stats: When you are playing the game all of your unlocks are gone. What's weird is you will see some of the vehicle unlocks flash up randomly as if you are getting them all at once. But as you are playing no ribbons show up. At the end of the game there is no tally of your progress or score and there is no mention of it in Battlelog at all. Not in the stats, not in the progress, not in the game reports. It's as if you never played the game at all.Server: Not sure what server but it was definitely happening while I was using Quick Match / Conquest. When I was using server browser to play Conquest on China Rising maps it wasn't happening. There was some suggestion that Europe servers were okay and that NA servers were messed up.Game mode and map-size: I had this when I was playing Conquest LargeHow often does this issue occur: For me happened most times when using Quick Match / Conquest. It happened around Midnight Sunday East coast US time. I had the problem for 3 hours or so and lost all the progress of that time. Didn't play for a day because I was annoyed. Read a bunch of things on the forums about checking that people had ranks on the server you're on etc. Tried again on Tuesday using Quick Match / Conquest and the server I joined had people with no ranks so I backed out. I went to server browser and chose a China Rising conquest server and people had ranks, I played and my progress was counted at the end. I am on the East Coast / USA.Edit: FYI...I'm on XB1

Missing items/progression/stats: When it happenes, it is like you're starting from scratch. When you open the scoreboard, nobody has a rank icon next to their name. Also, when you finish a match and exit, the progress you made in this "phantom match" does not exist anywhere, not even battlelog.Server: I don't keep track of the servers I play in, but I always play in the Western region.Game mode and map-size: Conquest, 64 players.How often does this issue occur: It's been happening for the past three days. It depends on which server you join. Some servers are good, and keep your progression the whole time. There is no way to tell the normal servers apart from the phantom servers until you actually join, and notice you have iron sights. Who uses iron sight?

I'm running on a PS3. When I start the game all my advances except score seem to be missing. If I quit the game and do a load out on my Ipad or Android phone a lot of time it will pop back up. This morning I downloaded the handgun pack and DMR pack as soon as I started the game nothing was there just basic start from scratch guns and accessories.Thanks.

I too have no loadouts. Downloaded pistol unlocks and started a game, the game crashed about half way through and when I joined a new game all my loadouts were back to defaults. My profile shows I still ahve them but they no longer show up in game. I'm running PS4 and the game crashes on a regular but I never had an issue with loadout until I downloade the pistol unlock.

Missing items are to many to list..butbi have unloced most weapons and attachments but can only use ammo pack not the ammo box. And one other accessorie. It happens on any server using conquest mode normal large map. I have not lost any stats that iam aware of but others seems to have this issue. It happens daily since last week.. it only works if I go through the browser to search for a game..quick match and I lose it all. My weapons still appear on battlelog and the test range but locks if I go to quick match. Pls fix.

Hi, first to all, I want to apologies for my English, I'm from Chile so... Here is the thing. I lost my stats and my rank. No news for the people around here.

Has been three days appear, when I was loading the server (I don't remember the name but all the servers are from DICE) and start to play when...Surprise.... I am ranked level 1 again, and all the guns were gone
Then I press the battlelog option in PS4, and my rank still in level one, but my progression still appear on the screen. My point and my guns.
When I enter the server, same to the other persons, I lost my rank and my stats. I start in level 1.
However, when I use the application of battlelog from my phone, PC or tablet, all my stats and guns are still there. Even I can configure everything as always
Somehow the server doesn't load the info.
Happen in every server that I play since 3 day ago.
Another thing, the first hint of something was wrong, now I remember, was when I changed the play mode, from Conquest to Deadmatch. It was the first time that I saw a problem. Then I come back to conquest mode and all the stats were back. But this doesn't work anymore.
PS: I am transfered my game and stats from PS3 to PS4 (Premium).

Is all info that I got. I hope that find a solution.

Im on PS3 in BF4 Domination - Normal 142389, it says it is an official DICE hosted server. But I have the same issue regardless of the server it connects me to. All my weapons are gone and it looks like Im starting from the very beginning. When I go to the scoreboard during the game - there are no Ranks icons next to ppls names, just blank space.

I too have been having the same issue. When I attempt to create a loadout in the training grounds all my unlockables and progression stats are there. When I join into a Team Deathmatch game, my loadouts revert to lvl 1 settings and all unlockable progress is removed. Below is a video uploaded from the PS4 as to what happens to me when I start.

Missing all progression in both single and multiplayer. All guns, equipment, etc.
On a PS4
Game modes all of them.

Missing items/progression/stats:
Missing everything, starting at rank 1...stats for that match not recorded, have to start over in the very next match
Server: I use quick join
Game mode and map-size: Conquest, Rush, Team Deathmatch, happens on all
How often does this issue occur: Virtually very time i get into a match. It's becoming quite frustrating
Has happened to me intermittently in the past, but it's been quite consistent the last 3 days.

This has been happening since Friday. The entire server is playing with default stats and perks. When a game finishes,there is no awards,assignments,unlocks etc. The only thing that shows is the emblem,dog tag and level. When you check your stats on Battle log or in-game it displays your loadouts but unable to use them. Its getting frustrating. I'm running PS3 .
