[Info Request] Sound issues after latest 30 Jan patch

In the past days, I've been trying to play squad deathmatch, and right when the map loads up, I hear the "End Game" sound that you'd always hear when a round is over. So while in game, I cant hear gun fire, and I cant hear foot steps. Just ambience in the back ground. Everything else is fine except for the audio. I tried playing, but its no fun without the gun fire.
