Lost half sound after patch.  I'm running Win 7 64bit, GeForce GTX780 Hydro copper, Sabertooth P67 on board sound, I7 Sandy 2600, I've tried he local tweek with changing BF4 PROFSAVE to 4 but no luck.  Everything worked perfectly before the patch.
