PS3, Battlefield 4 sound is 100% broken on multiplayer (every game mode I tried)... game is virtually unplayable as I cannot hear anything but the loading screen music during gameplay. Somewhat unrelated, but on top of this there are STILL issues with the game freezing, and sometimes crashing the entire PS3 system... and still no veteran pack.
I guess winning "Worst Company In America Title" again wasn't a wakeup call after all. EA customer service is THE WORST in the entire known business world, no matter what I try I can never get a way to have phone contact with customer support... always redirected to this useless forum. A horrible way to treat customers, and a horrible product with abysmal product support.
The best that you could come up with is to alienate us further by c0ckbl0cking us from contacting live customer support personnel, and toss in some lame "player appreciation month" crap. Please, spare me the BS! I wont be purchasing any EA titles ever again, this is the straw that broke the camels back. Only way I might ever add another EA title to my Playstaion or PC game line up is if someone buys it for me as a gift (but even then I'll likely exchange it).

I don't get why people hate on EA so much, yeah they're the publishers.. but DICE is definitely also to blame for this disaster of a game.
I'm sure they were aware of their deadline well in advance and some of the bugs the game had/has could (and should) have been spotted early on in the developing process.
