[INFORMATION] Connection issues with XBOX 360

/Update: As we are working on this fix, we are getting contacts that players are able to play multiplayer matches again. Some players might have still some issues with online connectivity.

Hi, . . Xbox360 issue, . . i pick a 'Quick Match' then Conquest, . . it sent me to 'Domination'
I know you guys must be swamped, i'm in the Australsian region

We noticed a small drop in the BF4 Xbox360 online gameplay this morning. This issue should have been fixed by now.

Am able to load CR maps now but there are only 4 servers for east coast/west coast/EU 0-15 empty official coming up in server browser?  Server browser still not working or server issue?

Quick match puts me straight into the Gamebreaker map every time, so must back out before it locks up the system.  Conquest x360.

Hi There,

I downloaded the China Rising Map Expansion. WHen I try to join a server the map picture flashes once then im stuck in the black screen with white box in corner and am unable to join a CR server. I paid for premium and now only some people can play the expansion??? getting a little frustrated bc i wanna see the new maps but I do understand you are swamped. Please keep me informed as soon as you have a fix/response.

Hello, I have been experiencing issues connecting to CR today. Sometimes I get in, sometimes I do not. Another issue I recently had today was as I was entering a game of conquest on Dragon's Pass about 2 hours ago (12:00pm CST). My Xbox 360 froze and had to be rebooted. When I restarted the console and then BF4, I received a message saying that my saved game data was corrupted. I'm pretty sure there is nothing that can be done as I pressed A to overwrite it, just letting you know about it I guess. I still have my gun unlocks from missions and all of my multiplayer stats are there. 

My friends and I here in Connecticut USA seem to be having issues joing games through XBox live "Join Session" and by party invite. The only way we seem to be able to connect is through the right side tiles on the Multiplayer home screen.

Also, I can not get in to a China Rising Conquest game to save my life. Rush and TDM seem to work though (maps are gorgeous BTW).

I got BF4 and i downloaded the 2gbs and then the I got to this rainy city and it didnt do anything for two hours. I really need help

I'm having same issue. Map picture flashes, background audio stays constant, flashy load icon in the corner. I can leave it sit ther for an hour and it never loads. I have to exit to the XBOX menu to get out of the load screen.
