Tried all of the above.. still won't work.
Does the game still need a serial Key? If i look at the information (i) in Origin, there is none.
will not work here either ,tried all the mentioned fixes in this thread and it did not do anything. still only pretends to start and then nothing.

it is that bf 1942 is thinking u have 1 mb when u have more do these steps and see what it is saying
go to windows explorer
go to porgam files(86x)
go to origin games
go to bf 1942
go to eReg
launch battlefield 1942_EZ.exe
press ok
press system requrirments
and green check means good in 2nd coloum
red x means bad and say what u see

Did that and it seems the game doesn't register my memory and says I have Windows NT while I really have windows 7.

Same here,
Windows NT and -201MB.
No idea how to solve this,tried everything and anyhing that was suggested...
