Timestamp when the issue occurred: Pretty much every server (more packet loss causing rubber banding)

Any additional information that my be helpful:

A lot of rubber banding happening pretty much al the time, I have tried plugging dirrect into the modem and it did not help. I have updated all my network drivers as well as updating dx11 with the software that came with bf4.
