Any additional information that my be helpful: the server above is an example, i have issues on all servers

Rubberbanding lag on all servers all the time, worst on 64 servers; 

30-50% packet loss only in bf4, not in any other game, not anywhere on the route to servers. 

All started for me 14 -19 november, can't remember exactly. I have tried the game on 2 computers, fresh windows 8.1 installs, with router and without router, ipv6 on and off, no av, no firewall, the game can't be played like this. 

At least give us an reason for this, not just ignore us. Its' strange how so many others play just fine, with similar hardware, similar internet connections...

I want my money back, I'm bored trying to fix this bs.
