If you have another mouse and another keyboard, try to switch to another device. Also, in battlelog try to join to server that has low ping for you. Go to Video Settings in game menu and set low graphics settings.
You need to Run as administrator Origin and Battlefield 4: (For Battlefield 4, go to the folder where you installed bf4 and you need to do it with bf4.exe and bf4_x86.exe (Instructions below.))
To set your game to run with Administrative rights on a Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 system, please do the following:- Right click on your game's (Origin) desktop shortcut.
- Select 'Properties'.
- Click on the 'Compatibility' tab and check the box at the bottom under 'Privilege Level' where it says 'Run this Program as an administrator'.
- Click Apply and OK.
And try a clean boot your PC. Please read this article http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ (On the "Services" tab enable only "PnkBstrA" )
After, reboot your PC and Test.
