Installed windows 10, can't play battlefeild 4 now

It's saying to download and install the latest browser plugin to play the game. " battlelog-web-plugins_2.7.1_162.exe" I install it and nothing happing's. I installed as the admin. It's keep telling ...

So far, what i know. Disconnection from EA online

You have to restart your Origin. logout and login again to origin. try this if you havn't already.

I've logged out and in. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and origin. I got on last night by clearing DNS cache in Commend but that was short lived and was booted and now cant get back in. Super frustrated
