pls help me ive a problem about this ; invalid license. reason code = missing dll dxgi.dll function createdxgifactory1 how can i fix ive download things but it doesnt matter.:S:S☹️

thnx all ive resolved my problem1,,

first of all get windows service pack 2 or more
and then download directx 11 
thats all
