The game worked perfectly in singleplayer, but it crashed as soon as i joined a multiplayer game.
One of the possible solutions i tried (after reading the forums), was reinstalling the dirextc redist and vc redist files located in the bf4 _installer folder.
Now the singleplayer game won´t even start.
This is what i get:
From windows : bf4.exe accesspoint not found = cannot find accesspoint for procedure CreateDXGIFactory2 in DLL-file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d11.dll
From origin : Invalid license. Code reason = Missing DLL:[dxgi.dll] Error: 0x7F
Just so you know, english is not my native language, so don´t frown if you see some mistakes
yes i am having the same issue I really hope thye fix this because this is not cool by any means the beta didn't even give me this much trouble
i have windows vista and every time i try to start BF4 i get: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL dxgi.dll Function: CreateDXGiFactory1
what should i do? and now I wonder if I can replace my downloaded BF4 to BF4 CD?

IM having the same issue. I have looked everywhere for an answer. I have talked to a few different friends and they keep telling me to download Directx 11, update windows, blah blah blah. Nothing has seemed to work for me.
Do I need a new os? what do we need to do to fix this issue?

Run the DirectX Web Installer from here and then reboot and retry: http://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/details.aspx?id=35

This doesn't work for me because I already tried it and it only installs DirectX 10

I just installed my PC again with windows Vista and have the same issues.
Seams like no answers here!
Since this is happening to me with no response from an actual employee of EA, I am being forced to sell my copy of Battlefield 4 and Parallels desktop, about $200 worth of software, for less than I paid for it. I though people were exaggerating the fault of EA in the launch of this game, but apparently they were right, and I should have listened. I would not reccomend a PC version of this game to my worst enemy. After a month of trying to get this game up and running, I am throwing in the towel and cutting my losses.
