Solved

Invalid License

Was playing in a server, match ended, game froze, manually exited game, restarted origin, try to run bf3, syncs, the get a invalid license box, code 0x0006.

    1. Open Computer from the Start menu and go to: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License       
    2. **Program Data may be a hidden folder on your machine**
    3. Delete either 71067.dlf or 71069.dlf (depending on if you have Limited Edition or Standard)
    4. Reboot your machine.
    5. Launch Origin.
    6. Try to launch BF3.

    Try right clicking on the game shortcut and chose to run as administrator. Disable UAC if possible.

    Delete ALL files in that folder
