iPad Commander App not awarding ribbons or XP.

eadavid, the problem persists here for Commander matches I played yesterday. Experience awarded, but no ribbons, no record of the matches in my battlelog history, and (worst of all) the game ate the rank-30 gold battlepack, which should have been awarded during a Commander match when I ranked up. Battlelog lists all the packs through 28 plus the Premium packs as open, nothing unopened, and 32 and beyond as upcoming. The gold pack for 30 simply vanished. From what I've found on several other threads here, I gather this is happening to others on multiple platforms. I'd like EA to solve the problem so that missing packs are restored to those who lost them. Thanks very much for your help with that, and happy holidays!

BTW, I'm using an iPad 3 with 64 GB and the latest OS, Battlelog, and Commander releases and an Xbox One with the latest game and OS patches.

Sorry, one more note about this : On the Xbox One, when viewing battlepacks, it's impossible to page back before the unopened rank-32 pack to see opened packs and what was awarded. The left arrow for looking back is grayed out. So in addition to making the rank-30 gold pack disappear, the bug purged the battlepack history, or has at least rendered it inaccessible.
