iPad Commander App not awarding ribbons or XP.

So I played two rounds last night and I can confirm that the exp you get is applied.   However, there are still no ribbons or medals being awarded.  

I read on the official battlefield 4 forum that there is a fix coming in early January.  Its a server update that needs to happen.
