I was told it was a server problem , and it will be fixed first week of Jan. What year????? I only got the game to play commander. Can I get a refund?

Still having this problem, would like it resolved ASAP as it is a function I enjoy using but obviously there are major issues.. Also a potential problem with skill dropping when playing commander mode?
