I understand, unfortunately the transition is difficult from Origin to the EA app. Have you tried talking to EA support?

@danisoff I have now contacted EA, I tried a differenct account from a friend, that worked on my laptop. He tried my account and got the same message error "double check your internet connection" this meaning, something is wrong with my account and has nothing to do with connection or computer. Something is locked with my account linked to EA app. So I messaged EA, will see if they will solve this.
