    And sorry for those troubles getting in touch with EA Advisors. You can always give them a direct call +44203 014 1818. As for your issue, the language can be restricted to Russian/Polish in your region. Does your game was in English before?

I am sorry, but the only options to contact EA Advisors are either through Help.ea or direct phone number, I`ve provided. Give them a call, using VoIP, if you are in Russia now.

following this link, it says loud and clear that EA has an affiliate e-mail for people to submit their requests.

can I get that e-mail? because I'm not very comfortable around phone calls especially as it isn't my native language.

    I am sorry, but all the actions involving individual account manipulation should be done via phone. Don`t worry about language of EA Advisor, just select the proper language option in the upper right corner. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
