Is my graphics card dying AGAIN!?

I used to have a GTX 570 for 4 years in my PC.  Finally decided to change it out for a Sapphire 7970.  The first one I got (from newegg) was DOA.  RMAed it, and got a new one.  Now with almost all games I play there is this pretty major issue:

It seems the worst in BF4 so far so I decided to look for advice here...

System is:

Processor: Intel i7 3770k @ 3.5GHz

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H

Graphics Card: Sapphire 7970

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance

OS: Windows 7 Professional [64-bit]

Should I go and RMA this too now?!

    Hello

    • Try to reinstall the game.
    • Delete the configuration file settings of the game. (My Documents---folder Battlefield 4)
    • Completely remove and re-install the driver for your graphics card.
    • Check for updates your Windows.
    • Clean the system. (AdvancedSystemCare or CCleaner)
    • Try turning off antivirus.
    • Try disabling the option "Origin in the game"
