Is posting horrible reviews on amazon a good way to get your attention?

My game crashes constantly.  My tophies don't unlock like they're supposed.  I've beaten the campaign twice and had to play through it once again after unlocking everything, just to have it wipe clean again.  I'm afraid to play the multiplayer because it tends to wipe my campaign.  I wasted 50 dollars on getting this crap premium.  I want my money back from you guys, because you sold me an incomplete product that's probably causing errors on my PS4's hard drive.  You won't give me a refund though, will you?
