Is there any way to renew a server lease on Xbox Series X at this point?

My server expired a few days ago, and unfortunatley no one else is running the map/mode I like to play. Is there any possible alternative to the Xbox marketplace? Can the payment be processed directly through EA? I'm desparate and am holding out with a sliver of hope while there's still time... making this post is a last-resort measure as I'm certain I already know the answer.... thank you.
