is there anybody at DICE i can talk to about an issue or bug in the game?

I'm having trouble with the assignments "big splash", "express train" and "dead stop". For some reason no matter how many times i do them it does not count for me, like express train where you have to get 10 kills inside of the metro map, i have done this numerous times...it's been times where i have gotten at least 17 kills but it only counted 7 or 8 and i was well inside of metro, then it showed i've gotten the kills but when it loads the next map or if i quit out after the match has ended, it resets like i never did it, same with dead stop where i have raised and lowered the gates but on the assignment it doesnt show that i did it, then theres big splash, where you activate the flood gates...i finally got to activate it, and it didnt count and i really wanted the unica6 so i can start to unlock the deagle...it's gotten to the point that i have given up on trying to complete the assignments because it gets frustrating doing the same thing ver and over again only to have it not count or reset, so i guess its not meeant for me to have these weapons, money spent to get only part of the stuff, figured i'd let you guys know of this since now i dont even care about the other guns, i gave up on those assignments, mainly want the unica 6 so i can get the deagle but now i'm starting to not even try to complete that assignment. Most of those requirements need to be done in the same round otherwise they wont count.

What&nbsp;@xxxC🤭lBr33zExxx&nbsp;says. It's like this:

Express Train:2 assist ribbons and 10 kills inside the Metro must be achieved within the same round.

Dead Stop:
You must raise/lower Caspian gate and get a shotgun ribbon in the same round.

Now, about Big Splash, it's a more problematic one... about flood gates from Sunken Dragon, which gametype did you try to activate them on? CQ Large or something else? Also, aside from that, did you try to get kills while swimming already?

Also, unfortunately I don't think that contacting a dev will be possible... devs are not present on AHQ. In the past the best way was participating in CTE subreddit, but CTE is pretty much over now, so it will not work.

dead stop i did that in a round...got the shotgun kills but far as the gate...didnt show as completed, but alright

Whenever multiple requirements have 'In a round' part in their description, it means that they must be done in the same round. It's not described in the clearest way possible, but that's how it works.
