[ISSUE] - Stats reset - Rank 0

hi guys, 

i have a big issue atm. all my classes and my level got reset to 0 :/ this is a huge problem for me and im very upset about this.

could you please sort this out for me asap. 

i was level 43. scout lvl 10 and assault lvl 9

    Hello everyone,

    I'll see if I can merge all the threads into one.

    If your rank should be displayed as 0 and your stats appear to be reset - just hang in there while we're working on this. It usually means the stats temporarily cannot be synced correctly, therefore they cannot be displayed. There is nothing you would have to do on your side, just give it some time.

    This incident has been resolved now - thank you for your patience.

    This has literally happened to me days ago, lost everything. All reset to 0. and still they cannot fix it for me.... except look at the diffence in dates

    I'm nearly rank 141 and just lost all my stats... Rank 0?

    What is the solution?

    1. Log into the game, play an empty server or something... the stats will come back when you check your battlepack scraps.

    2. Log out of the game, exit Origin, restart and they're back.
