I've looked for solutions through the forums, found nothing. Campaign Data Lost (Xbox One)

I can forgive EA for server errors, issues, and common multiplayer issues up until a certain point. But for a bug as huge as one deleting your entire campaign is unacceptable.

I did a chat with an EA advisor the other day after my campaign data got deleted the first time. I don't believe it's from an uncommon error, where you load the game, the loading screen with the raining backdrop appears, and then an error comes up saying something like "Could Not Connect To EA Online Servers.", and then once I press A, it's just stuck on that screen until I go Home and quit using the menu or restart the console, and then from there it resets all campaign data (start over from the beginning and lose all collectables, score, assignment progress, guns retrieved, everything).  The advisor I spoke with "assures" me that this issue will be taken care of, but never gave me an ETA . I even asked for a complete refund because this is something a consumer shouldn't experience at all, much less multiple times (I happened to start up a new campaign just to check the progress of the items I listed above, and the same error thing occured just now).

If you ask me, I think it's in the best interest of Electronic Arts to grant refunds for purchases outside Origin before they have to deal with a much larger loss in money and assets. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
