June update Windows 7 Fail need Vista 6 or better ?

Have 400 hrs of game play BF4 untill todays update. The new update will not load stating BF4 Failed to download . Your system requires Vista 6 or better to install. ?

 I have tried uninstalling and installing again. Origin was fine, but now BF4 will not load or install, download .

My operating windows 7 pro. what is going on , need help.
