I already tried that, I already checked that the PunkBuster is up to date and active, I checked the firewall, the antivirus. I do not really know what to do

Have you open ports in the fire wall and router? @TheBlackian

  Something is blocking the communication between you and Battlelog, I assume you have Origin running in the background? @TheBlackian

    Some routers have settings for blocking ICMP traffic. You would need to google your router to see. Routers also have firewalls.
